My House:

                       Comedy, Scene: The home                             

“RiNG, rInG, RInG”. It was 6:30 am and Asia turned off her ringing alarm and  pulled the covers over her trying to hide from the fact that it was time to get up. She finally pulled herself out of bed yawning and stretching. She began to get ready for school. She got dressed, brushed her teeth, did her hair and tied up her shoes. She walked downstairs in a hurry to go eat some breakfast but tripped and flopped the rest of the way down.(Audience laughter) And then (as always) heard her little sisters crying because they didn’t want to go to school.(Audience laughs, because it really is crazy, I promise)  Mom: Come on guys get your shoes on, CLARA get up, hurry and finish eating Jayda. Asia walked over to the table to eat. Asia: good morning mom. Mom: good morning. Asia sat there as the craziness went on. She began to laugh in her head realizing this was gonna be her life for the rest of the school year. she hurried and finished eating then stood up. Asia: Do you need help mom. Mom: sure can you just help Clara get ready. Asia: yep! Asia walked over to Clara shaking her to get up. Clara let out a big groaning yawn. Asia: come on Clara, you got to get ready for school. Clara began to Whyne. Clara: I don’t wanna go to school. Asia: but you have to. After a while of arguing she finally got up. Asia walked her into her room to get dressed and ready. Meanwhile mom had done Jayda’s hair and was finishing up making lunches. Clara was FINALLY ready and we all began to get in the car. All of the sudden Clara said WAIT! I forgot my backpack.( Audience laughter)  We all groaned in frustration then Jayda began to laugh. Asia: Why are you laughing. Jayda dying of laughter could barely get out the words, Who forgets there backpack?!!! Asia: I don’t know, I guess Clara does. it’s not that funny though. Jayda stopped laughing in embarrassment and Clara ran out the door in a hurry and finally got back in the car. Mom: does everybody have what they need? (Audience laughs) We all replied with a yes and so mom began to back out. Asia yelled WAIT. Mom: What did we forget now.(Audience laughter) Asia : nothing, but Minerva( the neighbors cat) is behind the car. Mom stopped and Asia got out to move the cat. Asia got back in the car and we were finally off to school.
