While reading through last years honors class blog posts-
Involving what we need to know, tips and advice on how to be successful
and have a better year- There were three pieces that stuck out to me the most.
The first and the most used was DO NOT PROCRASTINATE,
mostly because if you do and wait to turn assignments in your grade
will drop and not look very good. The second thing was to read,
and make sure you’re reading for at least thirty minutes every night.
The last thing that stood out to me was to just have fun, and enjoy the
year. Have a good time. These three tips really stood out to me and
will probably help me a lot this year.

I really began to write about two to maybe three years ago,
but mostly just actually began in fifth grade.
What really got me started on writing though was the fact that
my sister used to write stories a lot when she was younger.
She had multiple notebooks full of stories that she used to write
in that I found, most of them I couldn’t really weird however
because of her handwriting and how much they had already faded.
The ones I could though were really good and unique.
I think I liked them because they were interesting, just something new
and different. She never actually finished a story and I’m much like
that too, where I’ll get all these really good ideas of what to write
and then get like two sentences down and just give up on it.
Her longest story however that I read was maybe three, four
pages long of nearly unreadable cursive that took me like an
hour to figure out what it actually said. It was about this girl in a
society where some accident occurred to her and she was brought
to the government. She then escaped and ran away.
That was the end of the story because she didn't finish it.

  2. I think you and your sister should be a writing team,
composing exciting novels, you'll be living the dream!
Until then, I'll help you build your skills:
creative, essays, argumentative...this year will be a thrill:)
