BEST THREE PIECES OF ADVICE
The three best pieces of advice last year’s students mentioned were DO NOT PROCRASTINATE, WORK WELL WITH OTHERS, AND READ READ READ! First, DO NOT PROCRASTINATE!!! Almost every single student said do not procrastinate. Procrastination will get you nowhere! Your grade will be horrific and brings a lot of stress. Second, WORK WELL WITH OTHERS. We will be working together all year long in different groups and if we can't work together we'll have a hard time in a lot of the activities. Finally, READ READ READ! The iREAD program is where you read 36 books and get to go to an awesome party. Students have said you need to constantly be reading so you don’t fall behind on your grade. In conclusion, these are the three biggest things I feel last year’s students mentioned.
I actually don’t really enjoy writing too much, but I seem to do well on it. This is why I have probably gotten into this honors class. Also I have always tested well in writing. I remember when I used to have writing assignments on utah compose and would always dread those days. When I was younger I liked to write weird made-up stories that were kind of silly. My friends and I once did a little play of one of the stories. It was really fun. I hope to become an even better writer and try to enjoy it more. Also I would like to have a great time in this class. I am really looking forward to this year with all the other students and Mrs. Robins! I have no doubt this is going to be a great year!
I don't really enjoy writing very much also.
