to the beat in my heart.
You are the sun in my sky,
to the twinkle in my eye.
You are the light in my moon,
to the silver in my spoon.
You are the maze in my game,
to the glaze of my doughnut.
You are the smile to my whiskers,
To the warmth of my summers.
This is my rhyming love poem to you and I hope you liked it even though its cheesy,

Great job Lucy! That was a great read. It was really creative to do a poem. I liked how you used Mickey and Minnie in your poem. Just remember to put a comma before but and remember to fix it so it doesn't go off the page. Keep it up!
