What would happen if everyone loved other people as much
as they love themselves, and how would families and communities
be changed?
as they love themselves, and how would families and communities
be changed?
This question is one that many people would answer differently. Lots of people
in this modern time don’t love themselves as much as needed. Many people feel that
they aren’t good enough because of social media influencers and all the
companies telling you that, “You aren’t good enough, come by our product
to make you more beautiful!” I think that the world would be a miserable place
if people loved everyone else as much as they love themselves.

Families and communities would definitely be changed if this were to happen.
Our families would most likely drift apart because of fighting and hatred. We
wouldn’t get along, and we wouldn’t want to be with each other. Communities
would also not be the same because everyone would dislike seeing each other and
being together.

I like how you had evidence, and put the reader in the shoes of the person
ReplyDeleteIt is a very depressing world in which you seem to live in. You see the world how you wish to see the world or how you have been taught to see it. If you believe that to be the case, what do you propose we do to end this "self-hatred", if you come up with a plan i'd like to hear it. For me, I don't really have a problem with myself, but I suppose treating others with the upmost kindness would help fix that problem.
ReplyDeleteGreat Job Katie!! I can see how you put a lot of thought in the writing of this essay. Personally i've never looked at it like that, thank you for opening my eyes to that way of things. I love how you used your sense of thought about what the daily Social Media is doing to us. The only thing i might change is a recap of what the question was at the end. Another great masterpiece Katie. Keep up the good work.
