Things That I Need to Change in the New Year
Happy New Year!! As you know it is now January which is a time for
resolutions! Most people say that they are going to do something but let's
be realistic, no one actually stays with it. These are a couple things that I
can change in the new year to make it a good year. One is that I will try to
stop eating so much junk food. Junk food is really bad for your body and
can lead to many health problems and I would like to stay as healthy as
possible this year! Another thing I would like to change is to put myself
out there more. I would like to start doing things that may scare me, but
in the long run will be good for me. Those are two things I would like to
change in the new year!
I really like the things that you said you need to stop doing. I mean I think we can all relate to those 2 because who doesn't like junk food, and I know how scary it is to put yourself out there.
