Things That I Would Like to Change in the New Year

Happy New Year!! As you know it is now January which is a time for resolutions!
Most people say that they are going to do something but let's be realistic, no
one actually stays with it. These are a couple things that I can change in the
new year to make it a good year. One is that I will try to stop eating so much
junk food. Junk food is really bad for your body and can lead to many health
problems and I would like to stay as healthy as possible this year! Another
thing I would like to change is to put myself out there more. I would like to
start doing things that may scare me, but in the long run will be good for me.
Those are two things I would like to change in the new year!

  1. Very Good! I like how that you mention going out of your comfort zone and doing new things, even though you may not like them. I don't see anything that needs to be improved, good job!

  2. I liked the things you mentioned here to stop. Yeah, I've learned I feel so much better when I eat healthy. Doing little things that scare you is awesome because you will become braver and more comfortable in your own skin. Great post. As you revise, talk about what some of those scary things are. Good work!
