What I need to STOP doing
This year, I made a whole list of things that I need to start doing, along with things that I need to STOP
doing. One thing that I think is most important for me to get out of habit, is getting to bed on time!
It is the weirdest thing, I always seem to have enough time to do the simple tasks it takes to get in bed.
I tell myself that I am going to go to bed at nine, but then so many things get in my way. So, this year, I
was thinking that maybe I could do something to make myself go to bed at nine so I can get a good
solid 9 hours of sleep at least!! Some things I am going to do to make myself go to bed earlier is to
make a list of the things that distract me. If I make this list, then, maybe I could get a bigger picture
of all the things I need to avoid when it gets close to my bedtime. Another thing that I will try, is to
focus on my homework and get it done faster so that way I can get that out of my way and move on!
This I will work on a lot this year!!

I like the post and I'm sure everyone else will, but it is very important to make it look like a paragraph instead of one long line. It's not too difficult but plenty of people forget. The writing really is good though! :)

ReplyDeleteGreat post Lucy. Yes, I've had that same problem and really have to train myself to go to bed on time. Getting sleep is so important. Good work describing what you want to stop doing. I really like that you were making a list of distractions. As you revise, give more details--I'm curious to see what you came up with!
