Things to abandon for the New Year

There are many things I want to accomplish and stop doing for the new year. First of all, I would like to stop eating more junk food. I'd like to eat healthier to become healthier. Secondly, I would try to exercise more because I would be sitting in a chair for most of the day. Third of all, I think it will be cool ( for me ) to learn another skill that would be fun to do. Also, I think it would help me a lot if I would organize my work so it won't get lost. I noticed a lot last year that I had a lot of absences. I'd make a goal like "I'd go to school if I am not barfing like crazy or on some type of family emergencies.". I could go on and on about these new year resolutions but I wouldn't know how to keep up with all of them. So the final thing I am going to start this year is finding a way to keep up and keep doing these goals. Well, I hope I didn't take up too much of your time and I hope you achieve your goals too in this new year!

  1. Excellent goals all around! I had to change how I eat and exercise and I feel soooo much better:) Having an awareness of how you can improve is the first step to doing better. You are awesome and I know 2019 will be your best year ever:)
