My favorite thanksgiving food is Mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes are the best because they are so delicious. The website http://www.byrontalbott.com says that potatoes can be grown in almost any climate whether it is arid(dry)or tropical. One reason mashed potatoes are so good is they are so creamy. Potatoes are healthy for you but I heard a story that a family only had potatoes to eat and the dad ate the potato peels and gave the inside to his kids but in the end the kids all died and the dad was healthy. The peals of the potatoes are the healthy part of the potato. But still potatoes are really good. My cousin hates mashed potatoes and every one tells him “How do you not like mashed potatoes.” But to me they are the best!
