My parents (sorta) talk about their day.
Just last night, I asked my parents how their day was going. They didn't know what to say, so they didn't say anything. i asked them again, then after no response i explained it was for a tedious assignment for my language arts class. They promptly gave very brief explanations about their day saying something like this, "Well, I went to church, listened to my child give a two second talk, then helped my other child with scout stuff." They didn't have much to say. I usually hear more about their day when I don't ask them, and then they just talk about it. It wasn't very fun, and I didn't learn very much.

How I would make 100 dollars in a month
The way I would make $100 dollars in a month would be to have some fundraisers. An example would be having a bake sale. I would bake cookies and brownies, and probably make some lemonade to go with it. I would sell the cookies and brownies for $2 and sell the lemonade for $1. I would set up on the corner next to my house on a Saturday for about 3 hours. Over the next couple of years my opportunities would increase because I would learn how to do things.
I would also do work for other people and still get the money I get for doing work for my parents. Some examples of what I would do would be mowing lawns, pulling weeds and basically any work that needs to be done outside. I would maybe dig a ditch for my neighbors or move a pile of wood for my grandma. I would do work in a garden pulling weeds, or maybe helping plant the garden. I can also do work on the inside. I can scrub walls, vacuum, and dust. Over the next couple of years my opportunities would increase because I would learn how to do new things. In a couple of years it would get much easier to make money. This is how I would make $100 in a month.

My Cooking Experience
COOKING!
I went online and found a cooking tutorial for fried rice, I found all the ingredients in my kitchen and I got to work. I made a big batch of rice in our rice cooker and refrigerated it, the next day I put the rice in the skillet to warm up. I then added Worchester sauce and soy sauce to create the fried rice flavor. I scrambled the eggs in another pan, but being careful not to have big chunks, then added that to the rice. After that I added canned pineapple chunks, sliced and cured ham, and fresh cut green onions. I threw all the ingredients together and fried it in the big pan.
I liked this recipe a lot, but I had to add a little more soy sauce because it was pretty bland. I think the next time I make this recipe I will add some more condiments and vegetables, to make it more filling, taste better, and look more appetizing. I think this was a great experience for me, I was able to familiarize myself with the kitchen and become more confident as a cook. Now I can expand my learning, and have fun in the kitchen making actual food, and not just cookies, brownies, cake, cupcakes, and icecream, even though those are delicious.
What would you do if you needed to make $100 in a short period of time? How will your opportunities
change over the next few years? Write about what you know.

I would babysit or do a bake sale. We are not old enough to get a real job but we can do little things. I
would really promote my idea. Setting up fliers and maybe make a business phone number would really
benefit. I would also promote it by sending fliers to friends and family. I would also get help from friends
and family. Continually look for opportunities for things that I am interested in. I could also make a small
business with my friends or by myself.

I chose this one because it is very important. We need to be able to make money for our future, so if we
were to practice trying to make $100 in a short period of time it would really benefit us. Sometimes
people don't know how to do stuff like this and it makes it hard in life. You need to have money to live
therefore if you don't know how to make money you won't have a home. Or your stuck living in your
grandmother's basement. And nobody wants to live their whole life in grandma's basement. Anyways,
the point is we need to prepare!

As we go into middle school and high school we are going to want to be doing things on our own.
And we are going to start doing some things on our own. Some people already have at our age. They
have a job and are preparing for the future, this is going to benefit their lives. It gives them a proper work
ethic. We can do it too. By starting to make money at a young age will increase our chances of getting a
job when were older. When we are older we will be able to apply for a job. We may get lots of chances to
get a job or a few. But we need to try to earn money as soon as possible.

For my blog post I decided to do the "What makes someone a good friend?" For this I asked three of my friends what they thought made a good friend and received the following answers; "friendliness" "an honest friend" and "someone who's friendly, kind and honest." Receiving these answers, I saw that they mostly surrounded the concept of kindness. They all thought what made a good friend was someone who was going to be kind to them. Basically a good friend is someone who is kind.
This last week I tried a new recipe, chicken fajitas. There were a lot of steps, and I needed help
from my family. You had to make your own seasoning and had to cut a lot of different kinds and
colors of peppers. When I finished, I realize that cooking takes more time than you think. I also
learned a new kind of gratitude for other people that take their time to cook and help cook. For
the chicken and peppers you had to put the chicken in the pan with olive oil, garlic, and half of
the homemade seasoning (that included chili powder, cayenne powder, cumin powder, black
pepper, and salt). After the chicken is cooked through, you add the onions and peppers and
the rest of the seasoning. On the recipe it also had the instructions on how to make cilantro
lime rice. Now that I have learned and cooked my own recipe, I have become more aware,
and now I help others when they are working. That is the recipe that I tried and learned many
new and great attributes from it.

This month I decided to research how credit cards work. Credit cards give you a credit that you
use to buy things with it. At the end of the month you have to pay the loan. A good way to use it is if
you pay all of your loans, and by paying them all off you will not have any interest. Also your payments
make 35% of your credit so you must do it every time. Credit cards are not that good if you do not do
what you are needed to do.

Your credit scores is how likely you are to repay your debt. It is a three digit number and bankers
and lenders decide if they want to give you a credit card or a loan. Sometimes you can have super
different credit scores and that is pretty common because of how many ways there is to calculate it.
Your credit scores are created by- Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion-they are usually things like how
often you make payments and your personal information like gender will not affect your score. A credit
score is really important sometimes so you really need to get your payments in on time.

What Makes Someone A Good Friend?
For this month's Blogpost, I decided to interview 3 people, and ask them what they think makes
someone a good friend, and this is what they said:
someone a good friend, and this is what they said:
Person 1 said: Honest, care about your standards, and nice.
Person 2 said: Reliable, kind, loyal, friendly, and honest
Person 3 said: Loyal, kind, trustworthy, doesn’t stab you in the back, and don’t take advantage
of you.
of you.
After interviewing these 3 people, I learned that there are different traits in a person that make
them a good friend. Certain people value different kinds of traits in a friendship depending on
what kind of person they are. I have also learned that most people value a honest and
trustworthy friend.

Making $100 in a short time doesn't seem to hard right? But, if you expecting someone on the side of the road be like, "Here have $100." Your a lazy person because it actually requires work. There are many ways to make 100 dollars.
Here are some ways to get $100 in a short time. Do a garage sale, if you don't have stuff to sell go around to neighbors and ask them if they have any thing they don't want. Make crafts and sell them on front of your house or at the park. Do a bake sell make food and sell it. Do yard work or chores for neighbors. Or. if the timing is right make crafts to put in your local count fair to get money for them. As you can see there are many ways to make $100 in a short time.

My Experience
A lot of the time, I use technology to communicate with others, so I decided to write a letter to my cousins instead of using E-mail. I learned a lot from this experience, and I feel like it helps me to communicate better with people than through sending them an email or text. I sent them a letter, and pictures I drew for each of them. I feel like they will get to know me better, and I will get to know them better. It was much harder than email, because I had to use stamps and addresses, I also had to hand-write it, taking much more time. I enjoyed it, because I could be more creative. It made me think about everyone who affects my life, and what I could do for them. This was fun, and I hope to make it a regular thing.

Talking to my Parents!!
For this week's assignment, I decided to sit down with my family and ask them how their day went. We almost always sit down and eat together but today I asked them more questions and got some pretty interesting answers. I realized that communicating with my parents is a big skill to learn and I should talk to them more. I asked my dad and his response was "Tiring". Which is understandable considering he works outside all day. He also said that the rest of his day was ''Great" and he is ''Happy to be alive.'' After I asked my dad how his day was, I asked my mom. She said ''Annoying.'' Then I asked her why and she said "because I had a headache and did not get everything done.'' After I asked my parents how their day went, I asked them what they did. I asked my dad, ''What was the most fascinating thing that occurred during work?.'' His response was, '' I had to pick up my friend that ran out of gas on the side of the road.'' '' Sooo... That's fun!'' I thought that that was very interesting. I proceeded to ask my mom what was interesting about her day and she responded like this. "My day was very boring, but I went to Wal-Mart.'' Which is kind of exiting? So, in conclusion, I have learned that my parents have interesting days (sometimes). I have also realized that talking to my parents is kind of nice because we all learned about what each other did during the day and it is really neat to hear about it!
Talking to my Parents About How Much Things Cost
I chose to talk to my parents about how much things cost like the food bill, home bill,
the car cost ,and many more. I have around 300 dollars and my parents asked me to
see if I could last the whole month. They keep on telling me the costs of the things I
asked them about. It turned out I would not be able to last a whole month with only 300 dollars. I found out that is costs a lot for a family to live in a month.
I learned that gas costs a lot. My mom and dad fill their cars up with gas about once a week.
For a whole month that costs about 400 dollars. I also learned about the cost of cell
phones. For 3 cell phone bills my mom said it costs around 130 dollars. Another thing I learned was the cost of school lunch for 4 kids to have school lunch for the month. It was around 160 dollars. That is what I learned from asking my parents about the costs of the things we need.

My Cooking Experience
So, as many of you know, I got braces on Tuesday. They hurt like crazy, and I can't even eat anything besides things I don't have to chew like Jello and pudding. This morning, I couldn't even eat a banana! It's torture!! So, after school, I decided to make the Delicious Chocolate Protein Smoothie from Mel's Kitchen Cafe because I can't eat any vegetables. The recipe called for 1 cup almond milk(vanilla variety), 1/4-1/3 cup unsalted cashews, 1/3-1/2 cup spinach, 1 heaping tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 scoop protein powder, 10 to 15 frozen cherries, and 1/2-1 frozen banana.
Then I just blended all the ingredients together until it was smooth. After I blended it, it looked pretty weird, and different from the picture because I used dark chocolate almond milk instead of the vanilla kind(we didn't have any vanilla). It was a lot darker and looked nasty. But I tried it anyway, and it was SO GOOD! It was the best chocolate smoothie I have ever had! I couldn't even taste the spinach or the cherries! It is super healthy and delicious, and you can make it too by just mixing all the ingredients above in a blender until it is smooth. Have fun blending!

Sit Down with Parents
On Sunday, After Church my family always
makes dinner. So this time when everybody sat
down I asked my parents how their days been.
My mom answered first talking about her lesson.
And how well her kids in her class behaved.

seeing how their day was it has been awhile since
I have done that.

From these interviews I think being a good friend is being able to be there for
someone all the time. Another way to be a good friend is to love them unconditionally
and accept them for who they are. Just listen to your friends and family, they just want to
be heard and appreciated. Most problems root from miscommunications, so talk to your
parents/friends and try to see where they're coming from.

What Makes a Good Friend?
There are many different concepts that it takes for someone to be a good true friend. But at the
same time, it’s not hard! From my point of view, I think that what it takes to be a good friend is:
someone who makes you happy. Someone who includes you and always makes you feel welcome.
They make fun memories with you have similarities with you and tease you. Make you feel better
when your sad and look out for you. They also compliment you and influence you for the good.

Here are some of the
responses I got from a couple of my many true friends. (;
Q: What makes a true friend?
A: Person #1
Well what makes a good friend is you feel like you can tell them anything and they won’t judge you
ever. They will also always be there when you are sad and are super loyal. They always will keep a
secret and they should never pressure you into doing something you don’t want to do. They will
always comfort you and make sure you’re happy and they will also always talk to you and make
sure they feel included.

What makes a good friend is someone listens to you and is interested in you.
A: Person #3
A person who makes a good friend is someone who is loyal and someone who you can trust.
Another thing that makes up a good friend is someone who truly cares about you and would never
talk behind anybody’s back. A good friend will never leave you for someone and always include
you in everything.

Cooking in the Kitchen
This week, I decided to cook in the kitchen for my blog post. To start off, I looked a recipe on how to make fries. They turned out really good and I'm glad I chose to do this blog post. My experience with making these fries was really fun, I got to share delicious fries that I made with my family! It was a little hard at first since I really didn't know what I was doing, but I think with a little more practice I would be able to do better the next time. Making these fries made me realize that it can be hard to cook sometimes, and now I'm going to try to show more appreciation to my family when they make food.
This also made me realize how fun make food in the kitchen. I think being a chef would be a fun job to
do. When I first started making the fries, I was a little confused, but I figured it out! If I keep on practicing
in the kitchen, I could get better at cooking. I’m so glad I got to make something that all my family
enjoyed! I think I will start doing this more often!

Mock Job Interview: Burger King
I decided to interview my 8 year old sister, Charlotte. She is interviewing for a job at Burger King.
Q: Why do you want to work here?
A: 'Cause I like hamburgers. Oh, and fries. I like fries.
Q: What do you think would make you a good employee?
A: I'm awesome and fun to play with. I'm good at talking and listening. (I'm actually not that good at listening.)
Q: Do you have any past experience?
A: Well, I actually kinda don't, cause I'm 8.
Q: Describe the perfect employee. What attributes do they have?
A: They would be good at making burgers and fries. Mmm, I love burgers and fries. Oh, they would also be good at saying hi to people, like "Hi, can i take your order?" They would also be like (thinking face).
Q: What are your weaknesses?
A: Terrible at listening. Get distracted easily. That's about it.
Q: Do you work well with others?
A: Not really, I don't work that well with others. People are just terrible. I can't think of what they want if they're mean.
Q: What is the Burger King Mascot?
A: Why would I know? I don't eat there a lot.
With these answers, I would probably not hire her. I don't think that she understands how this exactly works. She says that she would be a really good employee, although there were several things that she should have not done. She said cause a lot, and she had bad reasons. This interview will help me with my job interview in CCA.

Mock Job Interview
Pair up with a friend and do a mock job interview. Then, write about the experience.
Mock job Interview
A report by Emily Duffin
Q:What makes you want to be an Astronaut?
A: 'Cause it's fun.
Q:Why do you think you'll be fit for the job?
A: Because, um, um, because I feel like it's fun, and because, it's fun fun fun. Super super fun.
Q: How will you improve your space career?
A: To look at the Moon and look at the Sun. (hee, hee)
Okay, as you can see, that is my little sister, Bridget.(see fig. one) She's only five, so she is a little immature, but that's OK. She told me today that she wants to be an Astronaut, which, well isn't surprising because she changes her mind every day. I don't know if she understood the questions as clearly seen,( see interview answers) but she really tried.
Now, 'Cause it's fun isn't the best answer she could have given, but if she knew more about Astronauts she probably wouldn't answer that. She also said um a lot. That wouldn't make the cut. And let's be honest, To look at the Moon and look at the Sun. (hee, hee) , makes no sense whatsoever, but it was fun.

Asking my Parents About Their Days
At dinner, I sat down with my parents and asked them
about their days. I learned some things about what they do
while I’m at school, and had a good conversation. We usually
eat as a family, unless it is an evening with a lot going on. I
actually forgot to ask during dinner, so I asked them after
dinner before we were supposed to go to bed.
I asked about my dad’s day first. He told me that he
just did his usual work, and I asked him what that meant.
He said that he was working with a company in Australia!
He also said that he went to my uncle’s house and helped
him lay down rocks in his backyard. Then, I asked my mom
about her day. Her day was pretty crazy so I understood why
she was always laying down when she has downtime. She told
me about how she drives so much during the day, and how she
was usually stressed a lot because of all of the things she has
to get done. I realized that I should ask them more often because
it is really interesting to hear about it!

Proper Dinner
There where a lot of good writing prompts but the one I choose was to sit down during dinner and
actually interact with my parents and ask about their days and ask questions. This was kinda easy
because when my mom comes home I ask about her day anyways, but I never really have a real
conversation with my dad. At my house, dinner usually starts by my dad watching TV while eating his
dinner, my mom calls me from my room to eat, I sit down eat my food, my mom is doing I don't
know what, probably doing the dishes or something, and then I go back to my room and my mom
finally servers herself dinner. However I told my parents that we all had to sit together at the table and
have a proper dinner.

lot to talk about. I started by asking my mom about her day she said it was okay and the same as always.
Then I asked my dad about his day, and he was kinda surprised that I asked. He said his day was a little

What is a good friend?
I
interviewed three people and asked them the same exact question, “What is a
good friend to you?” While each person had a totally unique perspective, every
single one of them said that a good friend needs to be honest. If you look up
the word “honest” on google, the definition is “free of deceit and untruthfulness; sincere.” I think they all
agreed that honesty was an important trait in a friend because you want to be
able to trust them. If you don't trust your friend, chances are you don't feel
100% comfortable around them. When you are with your friends, you want to just
be yourself and not feel like you have to hide your true colors. People who are
dishonest might tell other people lies about you and put you in awkward
situations. A honest friend is usually a helpful friend too. If you have
something stuck in your teeth, it might be helpful for an honest friend to let
you know!
In our interview, my friend Peyton said something that stuck out to me. She said that more than anything, a friend needs to be kind. Kindness is such a simple answer, but it could not be more true. Because we spend so much time with our friends, some of their behavior might rub off onto us. Sometimes, even if we don't realize it, we may act similar to our friends. NOBODY wants to be known as a mean person. If you hang out with a rude friend, people might think you’re mean by association. Hanging out with unkind people could give you have a bad reputation. Besides choosing kind and honest friends we need to remember to be a kind and honest friend. We all need to be nice to our friends and to everyone else too!
Credit Cards
The American Express card was one of the first credit cards to be produced, and it came out in 1958. Another early credit card, that was invented in 1946, was actually the very first credit card, and was invented by John Biggins. John Biggins worked for the Flatbush National Bank of Brooklyn. Back then the credit card program was actually called "Charge It." He invented it for bank customers and merchants. Credit cards are actually like a easily transportable way of doing a loan. If you use a credit card, you are required to pay back the certain amount later in the future. Sometimes credit cards are confused with debit cards, which actually take the money right out of your bank account. Usually, your credit card is tied to your credit account, and makes it so that you don't go over the amount you have to be willing to pay back in the future.
Also, instead of getting a loan and then spending the money, credit cards make it so that you only borrow the exact amount you are paying, right as you are paying it. Also, if used responsibly, credit cards can help you build a good credit history, allowing you to get loans at cheaper interest rates in the future. Paying off a credit card also isn't like paying off a loan, because when you pay off the loan, if you want another one, you have to apply for another loan. But when using a credit card, you just have to set goals in order to stay out of debt. A credit score is basically like a resume, of past history of not paying, or paying off the money you borrowed with your credit card. It can let the people you are buying from, know the chances of you giving back the money you are borrowing. A good way to use your credit card, is to make sure that you don't use it to buy items that are very expensive. Otherwise you might not be able to pay back the money in time, and you don't want to go into debt, because you can't pay back the money. So, that is how a credit card works, and a good way to use them.

Our Budget
I asked my dad about our budget and how much everything costs and man there is a lot of stuff
you have to pay for as a grown up. First of all he talked about his salary and how much he makes
per month. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you how much he makes. First, he talked about tax and
that it takes a lot of money out of his paycheck. Second he talked about all the big bills, like the
house bill, car bil, and food. Also, the student loan he is still paying off.

Next, are the little bills like utilities and stuff like that. I learned that when you grow up you have to
pay for a lot more than you do right now. Also that it is pretty expensive so you will need to make
a good living. Now I know why we need education and to go to college. It’s so when it is time for
us to earn a living and support a family we will be ready for the job that comes to us.

My Cooking Experience
By: Lilly Wittwer
For my blog post I decided to do the cooking tutorial, since cooking is usually
my friend. However, I soon learned that cooking cookies by myself is actually
pretty difficult. I was looking online for good cookie recipe, when I ran across
a recipe titled, “The World’s Most Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies.” Since it
said it was the world’s most delicious cookies, I decided to try to make it. I put
in all the dry ingredients, like it said, and mixed it up. As soon as I turned it on,
I realized that I hadn’t put anything over it to cover it, and immediately flour was
flying everywhere! As I observed the enormous mess I was creating, I stood
absolutely still, from shock. I then lunged into the cloud of dry ingredients,
(mostly flour), and sacrificed my clothes to turn off the monstrous device that
was shooting flour everywhere. Since most of the flour had shot out when I
didn’t cover it, I had to start over again from scratch.

The second time I put in the dry ingredients, I made sure that I covered the top
of the mixer. (Trust me, I learned that lesson.) Next, I added in all the wet
ingredients, such as milk and vanilla, and mixed it up until all the ingredients
were mixed in. Then, I added in the chocolate chips, and mixed them in. After
that, I used the cookie scooper to scoop the cookie dough into little balls that
put on the cookie tray, and put them into the oven. Following the instructions
on the recipe, I set a timer for 15 minutes so I would know when the cookies
were done. However, what I didn’t remember was that my mother had told me
a couple days ago that our oven cooks a little bit fast, so if I don’t want to over
cook my food, I should check on it a couple minutes earlier than it says. So,
when I took my cookies out of the oven, they looked somewhat hard and
crusty on the outsides of the cookies. They ended up tasting fine, but they
weren’t nearly as soft and gooey as I’d hoped. Even though the cookies
ended up as kind of a disaster, I learned some very essential things about
cooking: 1; always remember to cover the mixer when I mix ingredients.
2; always check on my food that’s in the oven a couple of minutes before it
says to check on them.

What makes someone a good friend?
I think what makes someone a good friend is being nice and always there for your friend. Never talking behind their back and making them feel good about themselves and building them up. Basically, a good friend is always there for you. I interviewed three friends and here is what they said when I asked, "What makes someone a good friend?".
I asked Tegun Whitehead and he said, "They can be trusted, loyal, and won't make fun of you. You can always talk to them when you need it, always be nice, caring, wont talk behind your back and make you feel good."
I asked Chloe Vowell and she said, "They're nice to you, don't gossip behind your back. trustworthy, loyal and don't spill your secrets. A good friend is always there for you! They support you and your decisions and if you are having a bad day they will cheer you up".
I asked Mrs. Nyberg so I could get a teacher point of view and she said, "They have character traits that are honest, truthful, they will always be true to themselves, they stand strong in what they believe in and they don't fall for anything. A friend is a good example of never quitting and having perseverance even when things get tough. A good friend is loyal and the friendship isn't upon conditions. They will be there for you unconditionally and will listen to you without judgement. They exhibit a lot of leadership qualities, such as being responsible and kind."
I learned a lot asking and getting a lot of different point of views!!

Credit Cards
Credit cards are different than debit cards. Debit cards take money right out of your account and credit cards are borrowing money. The down side to credit cards is that you have to pay interest on the money you use. Like a loan. So I would say they aren't a good idea. But I started researching a little more and talking to my parents and learned that some credit cards have "perks". For example, some credit cards give you credits to use toward airline tickets when you use the card. Some give things like cash back when you purchase items. So I decided they can be good to use to get those perks but it's good if you pay them off quickly so you don't have to pay interest.
Easy Money
I think it is smart to start saving up your money at a young age. You can even put in like a dollar a day into your bank account and it would help out when you get older. There are a lot of ways you can safe money. Another way is to earn the money. You have to be careful though because you don't want to spend all of it, so you'll have to learn how to save it.
Another thing that is smart is to do more than one job. That way you can earn more money. If I had to earn money in a short period of time, I would ask my neighbors or cousins if they need anyone to watch their kids for them while there away. You could do a bake sell on the corner of your house, or even do something simple like take the garbage out every single night of the week. I can ask my parents what jobs make good amount of money and I can learn about saving your money. That's so I would make $100 in a short period of time.

Researching about Cars
Many teenagers want to drive a car, but a car is very expensive.
Yeah, a parent could buy you a cheap car, but you also have to think
about car insurance (You are just 16, you aren’t that great at driving),
fuel costs, regular oil changes, and maintenance repairs. Right now according
to consumerreports.org, the Top 10 most fuel efficient cars are the
(10) Honda Insight, (9) Toyota Prius, (8) Hyundai Ioniq, (7) Toyota Prius Prime,
(6) Honda Accord, (5) Toyota Camry, (4) Toyota Prius C, (3) Kia Nitro, (2) Toyota Avalon,
and the (1) Chevrolet Malibu, but we also need to have car insurance, and that
costs around $1,100 a year ($92 per month). Gas is also a factor we need to
remember, gas now costs around $3 a gallon, that doesn’t sound like a lot, but it is!
For example, let’s say that you live 4 miles from the nearest high school in your area.
This means that for every 3 days we drive to school, we have to pay $3 (remember that
you have to drive back home) Now, there are 180 days of school, we divide that by there
(for the 3 days) and times the quotient by 3 (for the three dollars), that is $180, it still doesn’t
sound like a lot (because we are not counting the gas that you used to get around town during the
summer), but when you have to commute to work, then that’s a lot.
summer), but when you have to commute to work, then that’s a lot.
Say you live 20 miles away from your office, you only work on the weekdays and
get 7 vacation days with 5 sick days a year. That leaves 249 days of work.
Do some math and you get about $1,500, and we are not counting the gas you used
to drive to California on your vacation days. We are also forgetting the maintenance
repairs for the year, which I would estimate at about $1,000 a year.
So, after adding all these numbers up, you get $25,640,
including the car, car insurance, car repairs, and the gas mileage for all 3 years of high school.
In conclusion, that is what you will have to think about in a few years, no pressure.
What I think I learned is that I don’t want I car, I can just stay home, tag along with my parents when
they are going to a grocery store to get the stuff that I want, which saves gas.

My parents also think that getting me a car is pointless since I live right by Snow Canyon Middle and
High, so I can just walk to school.
High, so I can just walk to school.
I also learned that I should probably get a Tesla or a Toyota Hybrid, and maybe live in a average city
like St. George, where you don’t have to drive too long to get to the other side of town.

Also, a car is usually expensice to maintain and I would also have to work to buy my own gas. This is
what I learned from doing this blog post.
