Right now you are probably wondering what the best food is for your thanksgiving, Well It is obviously Gravy. After mashed potatoes and stuffing gravy was voted the third best dish for thanksgiving by google, but lets be honest the only reason mashed potatoes are at the top is because of gravy. Not only do lots of people like it it goes well with everything you can imagine this makes it the ultimate food. So as you can see many people like this food and if you are looking for something to add to your thanksgiving dinner I think you found one.

I have always loved the smell of all the delightful dishes cooking and being prepared for Thanksgiving dinner. Just the thought of it makes my mouth water! But as you’re taking in the smell of all the delectable Thanksgiving dishes, you wonder which one is the best of the best. This makes it a perfect dish because the recipe for it can change depending on what you like and don’t. Mashed potatoes are easily the best dish on the menu when it comes to Thanksgiving. There are altogether too many reasons to list, but among the top are, one, they are easy to make*.Two, mashed potatoes are VEGGIES made DELICIOUS, and well, not many people like Veggies**. And three, the texture is just right to wash the rest down(especially the gross stuff your parents make you eat).

Why Rolls are the best thanksgiving food you may ask well I have the answer to your query. If you wish to find the truth look no further than the roll. The roll is the best food for many reasons. The first reason is that they are easy to get. You can buy rolls from the store and they take no preparation. Also rolls taste good with literally anything you can find on your thanksgiving table. Honestly you can just slap anything on there. The last reason why rolls are the best is that they are the best leftover stopper. When your done and there is still the crumbs on your plate just wipe them right with your great steamy hot roll. Those are the top three reasons why the roll is the best thanksgiving food.

My Favorite Thanksgiving Food

November, a month of gratitude holds one of the most favorite holidays of the year- Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving, a time of thanks, spending time with people you care about, and of course the food. Lots and lots of food. Personally, I really enjoy the mashed potatoes, for a couple reasons. One being that they're just amazing! Another is at stated in washingtonpost.com, "The best mashed potatoes are worth bickering over. They're the food equivalent of a warm blanket on a comfy couch in front of a fireplace." This is a good representation of just how good mashed potatoes are. Especially at Thanksgiving time. Who doesn't love sitting by a warm fireplace swaddled in a blanket. So in all, mashed potatoes are just incredible, and very, very tasty. This is my favorite thanksgiving food, and why they're the best.

Pumpkin cheesecake is the best thanksgiving food. If haven't heard of pumpkin cheesecake you are missing out. Everyone is saying how pumpkin pie is their favorite but they haven't tried the most delicious thanksgiving dessert. This cheesecake is pumpkin pie and cheesecake combined. Some have a crust like a pumpkin pie but looks a little more like a cake. They are a little more expensive than pie but are less popular and more delicious. You can buy them at Costco for $14.99. However they only have them during thanksgiving. It also isn't very hard to bake at home, you can get recipe from Foodnetwerk, Allrecipes.com, many other sites, or simply search on YouTube. A fun fact is that their actually a national holiday named Pumpkin Cheesecake day on October 21. Nationaldaycalendar.com states “National Pumpkin Cheesecake Day is observed annually on October 21. Fall the is the perfect time to add pumpkin to one of America’s favorite desserts!” In conclusion go out and replace your boring pumpkin pie with the more tasty amazing pumpkin cheesecake.

Second it is easy to make. Third, in 1705 Colchester, Connecticut they postponed Thanksgiving because there wasn't enough Dang molasses to make pumpkin pi. Now that's saying something. That is why pumpkin pi is the best food on Thanksgiving.
